Pomegranate Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate to provide exceptional service and create a welcoming shopping experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and passionate about helping customers find products that meet their needs while supporting the overall success of the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and provide outstanding customer service.
- Assist customers with product selection, recommendations, and purchases.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, including credit card, and mobile transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Restock merchandise and monitor inventory levels.
- Assist with merchandising, displays, and promotional events.
- Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing, and store policies.
- Handle customer concerns professionally.
- Support opening and closing procedures as assigned.
- Work collaboratively with team members to and maintain a positive work environment.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Must be able to work three Saturdays a month, one evening shift and one afternoon shift a week.
- Reliability & punctuality – Arriving on time and being dependable.
- Flexibility – Being available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
