Responsibilities include preparing and processing patient samples, operating laboratory instruments, and executing assays in strict accordance with approved SOPs and study plans. You will work closely with Clinical Research Scientists to support ongoing studies, follow experimental designs, and resolve technical issues to ensure accurate and timely testing. Daily tasks also include maintaining sample tracking and workflows in LIMS, performing routine quality control and equipment maintenance, and documenting results in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. Depending on study needs, you may perform molecular techniques such as RNA/DNA extraction or PCR-based assays and support assay development, validation, and data review in a collaborative research laboratory environment.REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology from an accredited institution, plus 1–2 years of experience in a clinical or research laboratory environment. And/or have completion of military training for laboratory technicians as high complexity testing.
