15. JOB STANDARDS:
Minimum Faculty Qualifications&nbsp; All full-time and part-time faculty teaching credit-bearing courses at the associate’s degree level in the areas of humanities, fine arts, natural sciences, social and behavioral sciences, mathematics, and business administration (not including courses that are part of career/technical programs) must have at the minimum a master’s degree in the their teaching field or have completed at least 18 graduate semester hours (or equivalent) in their teaching field and hold a master's degree from a regionally accredited college/university.
Master’s degree or higher with 18 graduate credit hours in theoretical or applied biology or life sciences courses. Applicants should note that Biology Education graduate hours may not qualify. 
The Biology Faculty member must have a minimum of one year of teaching experience at the college level. Teaching experience at a community college is preferred.

Position Summary: To provide quality instruction for student learning and to maintain a positive learning environment in the classroom. The major emphasis will be placed on teaching and evaluating students in the classroom and laboratories.
Department: Engineering
Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Planning and teaching classes as assigned and as outlined in the course descriptions and course syllabi. 2. Supervising the study and learning activities of students assigned. 3. Submitting requests through the department head, program coordinator, or lead teacher for equipment, supplies, textbooks, and other instructional aids. 4. Submitting course grades and performing other administrative duties as required. 7. Scheduling two office hours. <li>Collect, scan, download and update documents via various forms of electronic or non-electronic submission.&nbsp;</li>
