Implement the various elements of information security program, including access management, device security, incident response, policies, training, and outreach, risk management and compliance, security architecture, and vulnerability management, PCI compliance, HIPPA compliance, and support data governance, data stewardship, and technical architecture review programs</li><li>Review 3rd party contracts and services to ensure that appropriate security controls are in place to protect all parties</li><li>Develop, implement, and ensure all policies, procedures, and associated training plans are followed for infrastructure administration and project management</li><li>Conduct research and make recommendations on products, services, protocols, and standards in support of all procurement and development efforts<ul><li>Establish service level agreements with business units</li><li>Responsible for the selection and negotiation of IT security vendors, outsourcers and contracts</li><li>Develop work breakdown structures (WBS) for all projects and resource plans</li><li>Track progress of projects and ensure timely delivery</li><li>Develop and manage budgets for area of responsibility</li><li>Conduct feasibility studies for various upgrade projects, improvements, and other conversions</li><li>Define hardware and software standards in conjunction with owners and stakeholders</li><li>Manage operational costs; conduct near- and long-term financial forecasts for expanded functionality/user base</li><li>Responsible for ongoing written and in-person communications with the TXRH Audit Committee, TXRH Leadership, restaurants and end users</li></ul></li><li>Perform quality assurance on projects to ensure quality delivery and minimize disruptions</li></ul>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field required</li><li>Ten years of progressive information technology experience required to include:<ul><li>Majority of experience must be in the IT security field</li><li>Minimum of 5 years at the manager level that included managing people</li><li>Experience in all phases of system development life cycle (SDLC)</li><li>Experience in security, risk, and control frameworks and standards such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, 800-53 controls, 800-63 guidelines, ISO 27001 and 27002, SANS-CAG, FISMA, COBIT, COSO, and ITIL</li><li>Experience with common information security management frameworks and best practices sourced from CIS, NIST, Forrester, MITRE, etc.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) required</li><li>CompTIA Security+ required</li><li>Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) preferred</li><li>GIAC Security Operations Manager Certification (GSOM) preferred</li><li>Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA) preferred</li></ul>This job description includes essential functions and basic duties and is intended to provide guidelines for job expectations and the employee's ability to perform the position described.
