Our projects aim to advance the field of social and emotional learning (SEL) through research, practice, and policy. Currently, the EASEL Lab is working on a 3-year grant from the LEGO Foundation to adapt SEL Kernels for use with preschool and primary school-age children in Ukraine. Working closely with a team of LEGO Foundation Master Trainers who are based in Ukraine and in collaboration with the Ukrainian Ministry of Education and regional teacher training institutions, we have adapted, piloted, and are now scaling Play-Based SEL Kernels across the country, while conducting implementation and impact research. The goal of the partnership is to provide essential supports to young children and educators in Ukraine, while studying the feasibility and effectiveness of the approach, which may be useful in other crisis contexts. In a second partnership with Boston-based non-profit the Alliance for Inclusion and Prevention (AIP), the EASEL Lab is developing, implementing, and evaluating a new set of trauma-informed SEL Kernels, which are designed to be used by elementary school teachers and school-based counselors across multi-tiered systems of support. The trauma-informed Kernels are currently being implemented in two large school districts in Massachusetts, with the possibility of expanding to other sites.Job Specific ResponsibilitiesThe Project Coordinator will work closely with two project teams to ensure the successful completion of grant-specific milestones and deliverables. At NASCAR, you will find a community of passionate individuals who care about our sport and are united in seeing it grow.NASCAR seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Senior Coordinator, Track Content based in our Charlotte, North Carolina office.&nbsp;&nbsp; Summary The Senior Coordinator, Track Content is responsible for digital and social media content creation and execution for assigned racetracks.Duties include but are not limited to:&nbsp;<ul><li>Use creativity and knowledge of best practices to create and edit social media copy and multimedia content, including some shooting and editing photos and video</li><li>Develop and execute social media content and campaigns for assigned track social media handles including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter</li><li>Community management for assigned social media accounts including monitoring and engaging with fans and industry stakeholders, using independent discretion and judgment to determine appropriate responses in real time</li><li>Monitor, protect, and promote the company’s brand voice in social media; review and monitor all platforms to ensure consistency of messaging and alignment with business goals</li><li>Develop and publish original, creative and editorial elements for track websites</li><li>Utilize advanced writing and editing skills for editorial web publications</li><li>Train and educate colleagues on social media best practices</li><li>Closely track emerging trends, tools, and platforms in the social / digital space</li><li>Maintain working knowledge of client server, web technologies and/or systems integrations</li><li>Provide race weekend coverage, including live race updates and attendance at some events</li><li>Develop and manage weekly and monthly content calendars</li><li>Communicate and collaborate with other departments and track staff (e.g. Comms, media buying)</li><li>Work a non-traditional work week, including nights and weekends</li><li>Travel: 30% travel required including weekends</li></ul>Required skills / experience:&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor's degree from four (4) year college or university required</li><li>Minimum four (4) years of current digital and social media content experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li></ul>Apply Now!Learn more about this role and our team by applying at <a href="http://www.careers.nascar.com" target="_blank">www.careers.nascar.com</a> for consideration.We are a company unlike any other.
