The ideal candidate will have experience in training development, content strategy, or communications.This is a&nbsp;hybrid position&nbsp;and cannot be performed remotely.This role may also support other responsibilities and functions within the Global Sanctions team as needed.How will you make an impact in this role?<ul><li>Develop and update training materials for sanctions and PEP-related topics</li><li>Conduct live, recorded, and in-person training sessions for global employees</li><li>Assist in enterprise-wide training content refreshes and alignment with policy changes</li><li>Train internal stakeholders on Bridger and alert adjudication best practices</li><li>Create case-study based materials to illustrate key risks and decision-making frameworks</li><li>Partner with GCO and subject matter experts to ensure training relevance and accuracy</li><li>Maintain version control and documentation for training modules</li><li>Support other functions in support of the Global Sanctions Team as needed</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</li><li>2+ years of experience in training, content creation, or compliance</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li><li>Proficiency with PowerPoint and other content delivery platforms</li><li>Detail-oriented and organized with strong documentation skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Familiarity with sanctions/PEP screening systems (e.g., Bridger)</li><li>Experience delivering training in a regulatory or compliance-focused environment</li><li>Knowledge of financial crimes risk and regulatory frameworks</li></ul>Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
