This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team which organizes and delivers highly impactful information to the most senior leaders in the GMNS organization.How will you make an impact in this role? •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Works across Analytics teams to design dashboards that support senior product leadership needs, including transaction volume trends, metrics for success, card member adoption, authorization rates, and geographical coverage •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Leads stakeholder partnerships with product teams to collect and collaborate on requirements which will form the strategic roadmap for the metrics dashboards •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Consults with product teams, inside and outside of NAS, on how/where they enable metrics collection for new product features so metrics can be sourced for the dashboard. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Works across NAS leadership to identify other reporting needs to drive better management oversight. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Marks key product launches in the dashboard and investigates the nuances in the data to determine what success can be directly attributed to said launches •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Leads partnership with TRACE and NIC teams to ensure data reporting is visualized in a clean manner that accurately conveys the most important product story lines •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Partners closely with their Director and VP to craft data-driven insights for product leadershipMinimum Qualifications: •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience as a data product manager working with data engineers to create clear, concise, and accurate reporting dashboards. Cornerstone experience is a plus. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience working across teams to identify reporting needs, identify data sourcing opportunities &amp; develop reporting solutions &nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to communicate across different teams &amp; band levels to achieve outcomes. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to build storylines using data to support trends &amp; opportunities. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent project management skills to deliver on commitments •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Understanding of dashboard tools, with some experience in Power BI preferred.Initial Success Criteria: •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop and maintain reporting that is used by NAS product leadership to drive product strategy &amp; measure results •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ongoing insight into product teams’ strategic goals via regular partnership touch bases with product teams •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Clear insight into how product teams incorporate tracking in their product initiatives to inform sourcing of dashboard data •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A framework for how investments in specific products drive success metrics of NAS product organization •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bringing analytics teams’ along on our strategic journey and influencing what a successful NAS business reporting dashboard looks likeSalary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
