FDG Senior Manager&nbsp; will be responsible for validating Source Data from various AXP Systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.The FDG Senior Manager is a collaborator, a well-organized, action-oriented individual with exceptional leadership and time management skills, confident in presenting, facilitating, and building a network of strong relationships across our organization.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Strategic thought partnership with the Enterprise Data Governance team to bring under governance for the enterprise.</li><li>Establish Finance Data Governance implementation roadmap including strategic priorities.</li><li>Implementing requirements of the Enterprise Data Governance Policy within various critical Finance systems/processes.</li><li>Participate in all aspects of Data Governance specifically on data classification, Data Quality, data catalog and lineage, as well as compliance to data standards and privacy regulations.</li><li>Serve as a liaison between Business/Functional areas and Technology to ensure that data related business requirements for governing critical data are clearly defined, communicated, and well understood/considered as part of operational prioritization and planning·</li><li>Define roles and responsibilities related to finance data governance and ensure clear accountability for stewardship of the finance systems.</li><li>Advancing the Data Governance Strategy for the Finance Data Management initiative. This initiative involves utilizing new technologies to create one standardized data set that can be utilized for broader Finance thus minimizing multiple point solutions, data duplication and reconciliation over time among other benefits.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>7+ years of work experience in Banking/Financial Services.</li><li>Knowledge of Financials and Regulatory reporting&nbsp;</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting, or related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Master’s degree in finance/accounting, or related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of data governance practices, business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets</li><li>Knowledge of AXP Financial</li><li>Proven people leadership experience and ability to attract, engage and retain high caliber global talent.</li><li>Demonstrated working knowledge of Agile methodology and delivery concepts or other project management methodologies</li></ul><ul><li>Strong relationship management and conflict resolution skills with a proven track of positively collaborating, influencing, and extensively coordinating with internal and external partners</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent written and verbal communications with ability to communicate highly complex concepts and processes in simple terms and pragmatically across Finance, Business and Technology stakeholders</li><li>Ability to be think strategically, flexible, prioritize multiple demands, and effectively manage in a matrix organization&nbsp;Proven people leadership experience and ability to attract, engage and retain high caliber talent</li></ul>GuardianSalary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
