<h3>Job Description:</h3>The RoleThe FI Organization is seeking a Practice Management Consultant with proven subject matter expertise in helping advisors be more productive in their practices, and more informed when planning for growth and efficiency opportunities. The practice management offering provides support to financial services firms on the structure and delivery of in-house programs and content. The IICG organization is responsible for over $1.8B in revenues to Fidelity Institutional. This leader will shape the broader Relationship Manager (RM) strategy, lead transformational change, and ensure operational excellence while strengthening client relationships and delivering measurable impact.
