POSITION SUMMARY The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for leading a team of accounts payable associates in executing the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices, and maintaining compliance with institutional policies and financial regulations.

Client Support Specialist - Greater Nashville, TN Area (REMOTE)

The Disability Resource Accommodations Coordinator will provide academic accommodations and support for qualified students with disabilities from intake through graduation, transfer or incomplete process within the office of Disability Resources.
This position is based at the Williamson Campus in Franklin, TN with support to other campuses when needed.

Essential Functions:

<li>Meet with prospective students with disabilities and their families to explain the range of services offered through the DRC, detail the process for registering for accommodation support, and provide guidance in obtaining appropriate documentation of disability</li>

Under the supervision of the Executive Director of the Foundation, the Coordinator of Donor Relations and Stewardship develops, implements, manages and assesses a comprehensive donor relations plan to support the strategic growth of the foundation and internal and external relations for the college. This is accomplished by managing donor relations/stewardship, overseeing funds/scholarships and student supports.

Title: Tutor Coordinator, Mathematics
POSITION SUMMARY The Tutor Coordinator is responsible for delivering academic support to students enrolled in a range of Mathematics courses through traditional tutoring and structured weekly math skills sessions. This role collaborates closely with faculty, part-time tutors, and the Learning Center Coordinator to enhance student learning and success in Mathematics. Tutoring will be provided in both in-person and virtual formats, serving students across multiple campuses.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Facilitate the learning process for students seeking additional academic support outside of the classroom. Work in both one-on-one and small group settings on Mathematics course materials. Collaborate with Mathematics faculty course leads to design weekly math skills sessions that pair with content covered in the classroom.
Design academic skills workshops, including time management and study skills, targeted for students enrolled in STEM courses. Assist the Learning Center Coordinator in designing training for part-time tutoring staff based on faculty needs, student feedback, and best practices for STEM tutoring. Record tutoring visit data in a timely, accurate, and consistent manner. Promote tutoring services by visiting classes, being embedded in course shells, or attending resource fairs. Maintain knowledge of course schedules for both 7-week and 15-week Mathematics courses.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Associate’s degree or higher with at least 15 college credit hours in mathematics.
Must have subject matter expertise (shown by an A or B in the course subject and/or extensive experience) in Statistics and at least one of the following areas:
Algebra Finite Mathematics Precalculus
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous tutoring experience
Subject matter expertise in Statistics, Algebra, Finite Mathematics, and Precalculus

This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Student Advocacy and Support. The Social Services Coordinator role is to manage and provide access to necessary supportive services in the Southwest student community, provide case management services as needed, and develop programs and resources that support the Southwest student population. Job Duties

POSITION SUMMARY The Coordinator of the Nashville State Project Reroute oversees a support program for justice-impacted learners attending main campus locations as part of the Correctional Education Initiative. Programming and services aim to support the college’s 2030 vision, which focuses on increasing persistence rates (Fall to Spring retention), retention rates (Fall to Fall retention), and 3-year graduation rates. This aligns with Nashville State’s Vision of achieving equitable outcomes for our varied community of learners.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as an academic and career advisor and advocate for cohort students. Work with subpopulation students to address barriers to admission. Collaborate with academic affairs, admissions, student success initiatives, and financial aid to address barriers specific to justice impacted students. Connect cohort students to appropriate resources both in and out of the college.
Creation, implementation, and scheduling of periodic workshops for students to address topics including but not limited to: software training, study skills, career and goal planning, financial literacy, mental health/mindset support. Create, implement and supervise peer-mentoring program. Develop and disseminate outreach materials both internally and externally to the college. Coordinate with the Webmaster of the college to create and maintain a Reroute webpage. Collecting and managing data to complete annual institutional effectiveness efforts. Act as point of contact for community partners and/or prospective students.
