Position Summary:
Chattanooga State Community College seeks a dynamic and mission-driven professional to serve as the Rural Grant Coordinator for the Rural Initiatives for Student Excellence in Healthcare Pathways (RISE) grant, funded by the Tennessee Higher Education Commission (THEC). This full-time, grant-funded role provides strategic, operational, and student-centered support to expand healthcare education pathways for rural and underserved populations across the College’s service area. The coordinator will report directly to the Dean of Nursing &amp; Allied Health and play a vital role in connecting high school students, faculty, and community stakeholders to healthcare education and career pathways.

Essential Functions:

<li>Coordinate all aspects of the RISE grant’s implementation, including timeline management, partner engagement, and student tracking</li>

&nbsp;Fiscal Stewardship

<li>Manage day-to-day budget tracking for RISE grant expenditures in alignment with institutional guidelines</li>
<li>Work closely with Admin 3 on travel coordination, and grant-related purchases, ensuring compliance and documentation accuracy</li>
<li>Prepare budget reports and assist with grant audits in collaboration with the Office of Grants and Sponsored Programs</li>

Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of High School Programs, the Health Professions Jump Start Coordinator’s primary responsibilities are to recruit, mentor, and enhance the retention and success of high school students enrolled in Health Professions Jump Start pathway by providing ongoing advising and navigation services. They lead all activities specific to the Rural Health Care Pathways Expansion Grant as well as act as an advisor and navigator to improve strategies in retention, transfer, and success.
Job Duties
&nbsp;• Assist with scheduling Health Professions Jump Start classes, including planning, marketing, registration, and evaluation visits with participating high schools, working with appropriate internal and external stakeholders; for example, principals, counselors, parents, and NeSCC deans.
• Oversee all Rural Health Care Pathways Expansion Grant-related activities and budget, including event and camp planning.
• Work with the College’s staff to complete required grant reporting activities.
• Deliver ongoing advisement and support for Johnson and Unicoi Country dual enrollment students to include assistance in developing individual class schedules, answering Jump Start program questions, and providing referrals to appropriate student and academic support services as needed.
• Assist with Accuplacer testing for dual enrollment students as a prerequisite for enrollment in general education classes required as part of the Health Professions Jump Start program of study.
• Collect supporting documentation needed for the Tennessee Dual Enrollment Grant.
• Track data on Health Professions Jump Start students and maintain records for Rural Health Care Pathways Expansion Grant reporting purposes.
• Provide proactive navigation and individualized coaching for Health Professions Jump Start student population, including assisting students in developing skills to access resources to support academic and career success.
• Collaborate with the High School Program team and related campus offices to coordinate events that foster career exploration.
• Develop and implement strategies to retain Health Professions Jump Start students and ease their transition into the community college setting.

      Health Professions Jump Start Coordinator
    

The Athletics Marketing and Media Coordinator will support the Athletics department and the Division of External Affairs by creating high-end graphic design and video projects to be used as a recruiting tool and promote Dyersburg State Community College Athletics. The coordinator will be responsible for writing press releases, creating and maintaining a continuous brand presence across all social media platforms, updating and creating webpages, overseeing game-day technical operations while serving as a point of contact for all game-day equipment oversight.
Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Work collaboratively with the Office of External Affairs to design marketing materials for the athletic department, including but not limited to schedule posters, rosters, infographics, social media graphics, and advertising graphics.</li>
<li>Assist with overarching sports marketing, communication, public relations campaigns, and fundraising campaigns.</li>
<li>Create enhanced videos highlighting all sports, working with professional staff on all aspects of video production, including but not limited to Hudl and ESPN+ live streams, and highlight packages.</li>

Minimum starting salary is $36,900 annually ($18.92 per hour). With additional experience pay increases to a maximum of $46,100.

Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Executive Director of the Foundation, the Coordinator of Donor Relations and Stewardship develops, implements, manages and assesses a comprehensive donor relations plan to support the strategic growth of the foundation and internal and external relations for the college. This is accomplished by managing donor relations/stewardship, overseeing funds/scholarships and student supports.

Title: Tutor Coordinator, Mathematics
POSITION SUMMARY The Tutor Coordinator is responsible for delivering academic support to students enrolled in a range of Mathematics courses through traditional tutoring and structured weekly math skills sessions. This role collaborates closely with faculty, part-time tutors, and the Learning Center Coordinator to enhance student learning and success in Mathematics. Tutoring will be provided in both in-person and virtual formats, serving students across multiple campuses.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Facilitate the learning process for students seeking additional academic support outside of the classroom. Work in both one-on-one and small group settings on Mathematics course materials. Collaborate with Mathematics faculty course leads to design weekly math skills sessions that pair with content covered in the classroom.
Design academic skills workshops, including time management and study skills, targeted for students enrolled in STEM courses. Assist the Learning Center Coordinator in designing training for part-time tutoring staff based on faculty needs, student feedback, and best practices for STEM tutoring. Record tutoring visit data in a timely, accurate, and consistent manner. Promote tutoring services by visiting classes, being embedded in course shells, or attending resource fairs. Maintain knowledge of course schedules for both 7-week and 15-week Mathematics courses.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Associate’s degree or higher with at least 15 college credit hours in mathematics.

JOB SUMMARY
The Dual Enrollment Early Postsecondary Opportunities (EPSO) Coordinator leads the daily operations and strategic direction of Cleveland State’s Dual Enrollment program. This includes responsibility for student advising registration, academic pathway development, and Dual Enrollment grant reporting and reconciliation. The EPSO Coordinator acts as one of the main points of contact for local school partners and supports students in successfully navigating the dual credit experience.
In addition to leading the Dual Enrollment program, the EPSO Coordinator provides essential support to the Tennessee Valley Early College (TVEC) program, including participating in advising and enrollment events, assisting with pathway alignment, and contributing to shared outreach and compliance efforts. This position plays a central role in promoting student access, increasing early college participation, and supporting postsecondary achievement.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICIATIONS
<ul>
<li>Minimum of associate degree from a regionally accredited college required.</li>
<li>Minimum of four (4) years of experience in education, advising, or program coordination.</li>
<li>Experience with dual enrollment, early college, or K-12/higher education partnerships strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Demonstrated proficiency in use of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and in Google Suite.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Banner software preferred.</li>
</ul>
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Program Management &amp; Development – Dual Enrollment Focus (30%)
<ul>
<li>Lead all aspects of the Dual Enrollment program, including student onboarding, academic scheduling, and course alignment with school districts.</li>
<li>Coordinate dual enrollment pathways in collaboration with high school partners and faculty.</li>
<li>Manage Dual Enrollment grant compliance, reporting, and reconciliation in accordance with state and institutional policy.</li>
<li>Maintain and update program resources and promotional content.</li>
<li>Support schools in navigating changes in policy, eligibility, and funding.</li>
</ul>
Student Advising &amp; Support (25%)
<ul>
<li>Serve as the primary advisor for Dual Enrollment students, guiding them through registration and course planning.</li>
<li>Proactively monitor academic progress and intervene when needed to support student success.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Enrollment Services and academic divisions to ensure seamless registration.</li>
<li>Support Tennessee Valley Early College (TVEC) student advising and enrollment sessions and onboarding events.</li>
</ul>
Communication, Outreach &amp; Relationship Management (25%)
<ul>
<li>Serve as the college’s lead liaison with school districts for Dual Enrollment programming.</li>
<li>Provide clear and timely communication to students, families, and school officials.</li>
<li>Represent Dual Enrollment and joint EPSO programs at recruitment fairs, school visits, and college events.</li>
<li>Build partnerships that support Tennessee Valley Early College (TVEC) expansion and school district collaboration.</li>
</ul>
Event Coordination, Record Keeping &amp; Compliance (15%)
<ul>
<li>Organize Dual Enrollment events such as orientations, information sessions, and award ceremonies.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of student advising and registration in compliance with Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).</li>
<li>Participate in the development of shared Memorandum of Understanding (MOU’s) and articulation agreements.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with state, federal, and Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) guidelines for early college programs.</li>
</ul>
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (5%)
<ul>
<li>Collaborate regularly with the Dual Enrollment Coordinator to align program goals and operations.</li>
<li>Must attend all college functions as required.</li>
<li>Serve on various college committees.</li>

JOB LOCATION
This position is an on-site role located in the Student Center-Office of Enrollment Management, located on the main campus of Cleveland State Community College in Cleveland, Tennessee. Occasional travel to off-campus sites within the college’s five (5) county service area including high schools may be required.

Job Summary
This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Student Advocacy and Support. The Social Services Coordinator role is to manage and provide access to necessary supportive services in the Southwest student community, provide case management services as needed, and develop programs and resources that support the Southwest student population. The services provided by the Social Services Coordinator include, but are not limited to, connecting students with housing, food, transportation concerns with resources on and off campus. Job Duties

General Duties:
The Grant and Coffee County Coordinator is responsible for understanding the organizational needs and searching for ways to support them through grant funding and institutional service. The individual is in charge of writing and reporting on the institution’s grants along with helping maintain records and reporting for other institutional areas as required. This individual will maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The Coordinator will also serve as administrator when needed and help support IT needs of the campus. This position will include some travel, both around the service area for support throughout the community and beyond the service area for conferences.
