Assisting the Business Manager with auditing transactions, running reports for collaborating with others, ensuring smooth and efficient operations as well as compliance with policies, procedures, and a variety of local, state and federal regulations. Makes and communicates process recommendations based on best practices.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:<ul><li>Oversees daily and some long-term operations of LSC-University Park Student Accounts &amp; Collections</li><li>Performs research compiles information, analyzes data and designs detailed reports, proposals and job aids</li><li>Collaborates with and provides ongoing support to all University Park students as point of contact. Actively maintains up-to-date knowledge of area and acts as a Subject Matter Expert for all University Park collections</li><li>Preforms research relevant to area of specialty. Develops, monitors and maintains a variety of spreadsheets, databases, reports and presents findings to internal / external constituents</li><li>Work directly with students, faculty and staff to resolve any issues.
