Requirements:
CM shall possess a bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, education, criminal justice, or a related human services field. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of relevant case management experience. Skills:<ul><li>Represents Presbyterian Children’s Homes and Services (PCHAS) to the professional community. Must have strong verbal and written communication and ability to represent the agency well. Builds and maintains positive community relationships with Children’s Division personnel, placement and treatment providers, schools, and agency partners.
