As a Maintenance Specialist, you will maintain the service request database by inputting incoming maintenance or mechanic requests, understanding maintenance or mechanic requirements, and relevant labor requirements. Communicate with internal techniciansto ensure requests are handled in a timely cost-efficient manner. Keep track of all maintenance dates and details by inventory item (equipment, truck, or trailer). As a Billing Specialist, you will accurately compile the paperwork and billing information necessary for the Drivers' Load Packets to be ready at departure time, as well as ensure accurate record keeping and receive customer calls. Benefits you can count on: <ul><li>Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour. </li><li>Monday - Friday 10am - 6:30pm</li><li>Generous benefits that start on your 60th day: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance. </li><li>Earn vacation time, and sick leave accrual from day one and paid holidays after 90 days. </li><li>401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days. </li><li>Additional benefits: pet insurance, parental leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more! </li></ul> What you'll do as a Maintenance and Billing Specialist: <ul><li>Responsible for the tracking and monitoring of spare parts, purchase orders, work orders, warranties, and inventory levels of maintenance and/or maintenance items. </li><li>Tracks outstanding services and ensures expectations and deliverables are met. </li><li>Tracks and logs date and type of work completed by piece of equipment inventory (truck, trailer, equipment, etc.). </li><li>Monitors incoming invoices and submits for payment. </li><li>Monitors technical library. </li><li>Separates invoices for office, customer, and driver.</li><li>Reconciles lineouts via Order Processing, LCS, MARRS system or credit memo, and close loads via Order Processing.</li><li>Verifies tote counts, adjust credits due to lineout, change total figures on invoices, and adjusts drivers pay sheets.</li><li>Prints and compiles driver load packets with Stop and Pay Summary, Load Department Summary, and HazMat Sheets so that they are ready for departure time.</li><li>Supports DC Management, crew leaders, and inventory control staff as directed.</li><li>Communicates with drivers regarding billing status of loads.</li><li>Answers telephone and direct callers.</li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> Qualifications you'll bring as a Warehouse Teammate: <ul><li>High school diploma or GED. </li><li>Sound communication skills. </li><li>Computer skills are required. </li><li>2 or more years of experience in an office environment. </li><li>Experience in inventory management or maintenance/mechanic department. </li></ul> Fit the following? The Damage/Returns Processor assists inbound McLane Drivers to unload and account for products being returned from delivery or processed through the Damage/Returns Department.
