The Research Scientist Principal Associate may supervise one or more research scientists or technicians, and must have demonstrated abilities in planning, scoping, and managing complex research projects. The Research Scientist Principal Associate is expected to assist program managers and KTC leadership with building lasting partnerships with our clients, transportation organizations, and agencies.
