Primary goals include protecting the Fidelity brand name, retention, and revenue generation. This role maintains and builds the highest-level client relationships with key decision makers, influencers and C- suite committee members. The VP handles a Book-of-Business which consists of 10-15 Select/Large clients totaling more than $5B in assets. The Fidelity line of business is primarily Retirement but can include additional products and services. The role also leads an internal team of service-based associates and partners across the organization to solve client problems and create solutions.</p>The base salary range for this position is $112,000-$255,000 per year. <p>Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.</p><p>Base salary is only part of the total compensation package.
