Position Summary The role of the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is to assist and engage dealers on promoting and selling all MLA - Houston products, Class I-V, and being the primary contact between the dealership and MLA, and vice versa. The RSM is ultimately responsible for achieving set new equipment forecasts within each of the five classes for all assigned dealers. The RSM will utilize a variety of methods to accomplish these tasks, including engaging dealer management on sales strategy and business plan expectations, continuously review of SPM and SOM goals, competently and energetically train sales staff on product, demo techniques and deal execution, as well as program creation to encourage sales of MLA - Houston product.
