ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Review documents and record information; verify quantity, identity, availability and condition of product. JOB SUMMARY:The Manager, Investment Services Sales leads a high-performing team of financial advisors, driving the growth and success of the Investment Services team through sales leadership, strategic planning, and exceptional member service. This role is responsible for sales and service management, creation and attainment of Advisor performance goals, recruiting and maintaining the advisor team, and ensuring financial solutions support the financial well-being of members. Job Summary: The Senior Internal Communications Specialist will report to, and work closely with,&nbsp;the Director, PR &amp; Community Engagement, to support the implementation of OnPoint Community Credit Union’s internal communications strategy. This role will focus on coordinating and delivering communication initiatives for internal stakeholders, such as Inclusion &amp; Impact, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Learning &amp; Development. Candidates who will be most successful in this role are positive, motivated, and people-oriented. They stay apprised of what’s happening across the organization, helping generate excitement and pride as a brand and culture advocate by supporting communication needs for existing initiatives and serving as a change agent for organization-wide projects. They are adept at planning content, while having the ability to write with a quick turnaround time. They share new ideas for improving employee engagement.
