Description Idaho National Laboratory is hiring an IT Customer Support Technician to work on our Service Desk Management team. Our team works a &nbsp;4x10 schedule located out of our Advanced Test Reactor (ATR) Desert Site facility with every Friday off. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing computer systems and networks to ensure the stable operation of the organization’s IT assets. This includes diagnosing hardware and software issues, performing system upgrades, mitigating security vulnerabilities, and providing technical support to staff and users.
