This is a unique chance to work on complex capital improvement projects on Portland's iconic Willamette River bridges and contribute to a safe and efficient transportation system that supports economic and community vitality. As a Transportation Project Specialist, you will manage and lead the design and construction of capital projects of intermediate complexity on County roads and bridges. You will coordinate with project teams, review contract documents, implement state and federal regulations, and communicate with Division management to ensure on time and on budget completion. You will have strong project management skills and have the ability to work in a highly flexible and team-oriented environment.
