This is a temporary position reporting to the Career Exploration Lab Coordinator. The Career Exploration Lab Technician is under general supervision.
Job Duties
<ul>
<li>Directly supports mobile unit activities.</li>
<li>Manage and maintain a wide range of electronic test/repair equipment including (but not limited to): PACE rework stations, Mantis Microscopes, Analog/digital oscilloscopes, bench power supplies, analog/digital signal generators, digital multimeters, analog multimeters, laboratory trainers.</li>
<li>Monitor and resupply inventory of laboratory consumables.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot equipment including software and hardware.</li>
<li>Checks and tests equipment and work in confined spaces.</li>
<li>Work up to maximum of 16 hours per week.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Associate degree or higher in Electronics Technology, Computer Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related work experience.</li>
<li>Experience with managing inventory</li>
<li>Experience with computer hardware / software maintenance</li>
<li>Ability to work in confined spaces</li>
<li>Skills in solving problems excellently.</li>
<li>Skills in communication and interpersonal.</li>
