General Summary
This is a full-time, 12-month faculty position. Essential Functions

<li>Instruction: As an Automotive Technology Instructor at the TCAT Chattanooga campus, your primary responsibility will be teaching this crucial course. You will facilitate the classroom instructional process, evaluate students, monitor their progress, assign final grades, and maintain attendance and grade records. Additionally, you will counsel and advise students on academic preparation and career goals and work to retain students in the program.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain a site on the college's Learning Management System (eLearn) platform where class documents (syllabi, classroom information, quizzes, tests, etc.) are stored and available for students to access anytime.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain the program curriculum. Maintain an active advisory committee that meets twice a year and covers industry and program needs.</li>
<li>Professional Growth: Remain current within assigned instruction, related occupational areas, and technologies; acquire, maintain, and apply knowledge of current instructional methodologies and materials; attend scheduled college, divisional, professional development, and in-service activities; and participate in the annual faculty evaluation process.</li>
<li>Service to Students: In addition to teaching, the faculty member is expected to play a vital role in program development. This includes maintaining an up-to-date program and curriculum, maintaining technical skills, and acquiring new technical skills as the industry evolves.       Instructor - Automotive Technology (TCAT)
    

This position will provide technical support for all personal computers on every campus including repair of hardware, software and printers and user support and assistance.

Essential Functions:
&nbsp;
1. Technical Support
a. Provide desktop support for Window-based systems, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and baseline network issues.
b. Maintain Microsoft Office 365 applications, operating systems, and other business-critical software.
c. Assist in setting up and maintaining user accounts, permissions, and profiles in Active Directory.
d. Diagnose and resolve support issues using a service desk system.
2. Multi-campus Support
a. Travel to all campus locations to resolve technical issues, set up hardware, and perform routine maintenance.
b. Ensure timely resolution of issues to minimize downtime and maintain business continuity.
3. Hardware and Software Management
a. Diagnose and repair desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral hardware

<li>The driver will be responsible for properly loading and securing training stations on the mobile training trailer prior to departure.</li>
<li>The driver will be responsible for ensuring proper set-up for demonstrations at each location and securing equipment in-transit.</li>
<li>The driver will be responsible for unloading and storing training stations in original locations at the end of each trip.</li>
<li>The driver will be responsible for leveling and balancing the trailer with jacks.</li>
<li>The driver will also help move the semi-trailers and semi-trucks as needed.</li>

<li>Transport the mobile trainer and training equipment to a variety of locations.</li>
