UPCI CPPF PK - Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh - (26004371)

This is a postdoc position in the Cancer Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics Facility (CPPF) in the UPMC Hillman Cancer Center (HCC) under the supervision/mentorship of Dr. William Zamboni. This position will be involved in the translational drug development and pharmacology studies of drugs, especially small molecule and complex drugs (e.g., nanoparticles, conjugates, biologics, implants, and cellular therapy) for the treatment of cancer. This position will be trained in and assist with analytical, pharmacology, pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic (efficacy, toxicity, and biomarker), and pharmacometrics studies of these agents as part of preclinical and clinical studies. This position will be trained in and assist with generating study designs, protocols, grants, contracts, reports, and publications related to these studies.

A PharmD and/or PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Pharmacology is required. Relevant experience in translational drug development and pharmacology studies of cancer treatment drugs is preferred.
