Post Doctoral Position Das/Schwartz Labs
Med-Immunology - Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh - (26004340)

You will be expected to make significant contributions to the research program supported by NIAID R01 AI189495, "Developing a Molecular Taxonomy for Immune-Mediated Diseases." This work involves building and integrating computational and machine learning frameworks to characterize immune dysregulation across rare and complex immune-mediated diseases, with the goal of developing a data-driven molecular taxonomy that informs disease classification and therapeutic targeting. Your role will span machine leaning analyses, computational program development, integration of multi-omic datasets, and collaborative work with both the Das and Schwartz laboratories. You will be expected to spend most of your time in person across the 2 labs. It is anticipated that you will be actively involved in manuscript and grant writing, since this is beneficial for your own career development and for the lab.

Candidate must have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree.
