This role helps ensure construction projects are supported by accurate financial management, strong internal controls, and effective coordination among project teams, vendors, and campus stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining financial integrity while supporting the delivery of critical campus improvements.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate purchasing, payments, and financial activities for capital construction projects
- Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and funding balances
- Review and reconcile project costs, labor charges, and financial transactions
- Support billing, payment processing, and financial reporting activities
- Maintain accurate project, contract, and financial records
- Assist with contract modifications, budget adjustments, and cash handling activities
- Collaborate with project managers, vendors, business staff, and campus partners to support project success
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and special projects
