Reporting to senior leadership, this role serves as the central point of coordination for buildinglevel facilities operations, space planning, renovations, and lifecycle initiatives.

The position works collaboratively with deans, unit leadership, university partners, and facilities professionals to develop recommendations, implement approved plans, and ensure alignment with institutional standards, policies, and infrastructure requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating daytoday building operations, managing facilitiesrelated budgets, supervising assigned staff, overseeing vendor services, and supporting emergency response activities.
