Education / Training

Qualifications:
48 College Credits or an Associate's Degree or passed the State Title I Paraprofessional Test
Transcripts issued outside the United States must be evaluated by a recognized, accredited credential evaluation service to determine U.S. equivalency
Ability to manage student behavior using positive behavior support strategies and district expectations
Assist students and staff during lunch and recess periods
Ability to follow established routines, procedures, safety protocols
Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school, childcare, or recreation setting
Basic knowledge of child development and age-appropriate social-emotional support strategies
Extra duties as assigned by the building Principal
Hourly rate: $20.00 per hour
