Key Qualifications • An undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required. • CPA and/or MBA qualifications are preferred, demonstrating a high level of financial expertise. • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a structured Finance environment, with a focus on financial analysis and FP&amp;A. • Proficiency in using Oracle Cloud Reporting &amp; Planning or similar Enterprise-level financial packages is required. • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivots, VLookup, IF statements, etc., are essential for complex financial modeling and analysis. • An intellectually curious and analytically rigorous approach to financial evaluations and strategic decision-making. • Strong critical thinking skills to develop insightful financial analyses and provide valuable recommendations. • A quick learner with acute attention to detail, ensuring precision in financial modeling and reporting. • High energy with a strong work ethic and persistence to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Collaborative with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and present financial insights to senior management.• A solid understanding of GAAP accounting practices and procedures and internal controls.• Experience with marketplace business models, including subscription-based revenue models &amp; related marketing spend KPIs preferred. Compensation range for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. The compensation range for this position is: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year.
