Job Summary
The Enterprise Help Desk Administrator will lead the configuration, implementation, and administration of the enterprise helpdesk system for the Kentucky Community &amp; Technical College System. This role will also provide functional support for end users by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the enteprise help desk. Job Summary
The BCTC Safety and Security Department (SSD) ensures that all safety and security functions for the college are completed in accordance with Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) business procedures and in compliance with all State and Federal statutes and regulations. The department is also responsible for development and implementation of programs related to all hazards, emergency response, emergency management, incident management, hazardous materials, safety, and security including necessary documentation and reporting (i.e. Annual Report for the Clery and Minger Acts and hazardous waste reports). Personnel within this department are often required to be available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. The Campus Security Supervisor position within the SSD provides overall safety and security services for the assigned campus. The Supervisor, on a regular basis, fulfills duties as a Security Officer and assumes additional responsibilities related to the supervision of other SSD personnel at the assigned campus to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the local branch of the BCTC SSD. 




Job Duties:
<ul>
<li>Patrol campus grounds and monitor surveillance systems to ensure safety, secure restricted areas, respond to incidents, and document daily activities, report unusual occurrences to the Director of Safety and Security. 
</li>
<li>Enforce parking regulations by conducting routine patrols of parking facilities and issuing citations as needed. 
</li>
<li>Investigate theft, property damage, and incidents, collaborating with local law enforcement and ensuring all reports are completed and submitted properly. 
</li>
<li>Enforce the Student Code of Conduct and address behavioral violations in coordination with college divisions. 
</li>
<li>Supervise and schedule contract security staff, track time/attendance, and provide guidance and support as needed.

<li>Monitor and respond to fire and security alarms, assess control panels, investigate causes, coordinate repairs, and document all activity.

Job Summary
The IT Helpdesk Coordinator II assists with the technical troubleshooting and documentation for customers in order to support the mission of the institution through technology. This position is located on the Pineville campus but also requires travel to the Knox campus. The expected start date is January 2026.




Job Duties:
• Perform basic and advanced troubleshooting for computers, laptops, VOIP phones, printers, and projector hardware/software. • Help maintain a stable and secure network environment by making sure all computers are patched with Microsoft updates on a regular basis. • Check that labs are functional throughout the week so downtime will be minimized. • Install images using SCCM that are used for computer units in the labs, mobile carts, and offices as needed per PC. • Ensure that computers are up to date with the newest software updates as needed. • Assist faculty, staff, and students with computer hardware/software related issues. • Provide technical support for all Southeast District with account information and assist with password and MFA resets as needed for all Southeast faculty, staff, and students. • Ensure that units are updated and functional for all Microsoft Teams meetings/classes to be connected by or ahead of scheduled start time. Provide any technical support needed for faculty, staff, and students to be able to attend meetings or classes. • Assist with any training as needed for all SKCTC personnel and students on how to use the technology. • Assist campuses with any technology needs that arise, either by in person visits, phone, or remote access. • Travel to assist other SKCTC campuses with problems, upgrades, and training as needed. Job Summary
ECTC is seeking an Academic Advisor III for the TRIO Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) program. The EOC is a federally funded grant program that provides counseling and information on college admissions to first-generation and limited-income adults who want to enter or continue a program of postsecondary education. want to enter or continue a program of postsecondary education.&nbsp;&nbsp;The program also provides services to improve the financial and economic literacy of participants including counseling on financial aid options, basic financial planning skills, and to assist in the FAFSA application process. The goal of the EOC program is to increase the number of adult participants who enroll in postsecondary education institutions. This position is funded by a federal grant ending Augst 31, 2026, with the next renewable cycle beginning September 1, 2026. The ECTC EOC program serves participants in the following counties: Breckinridge, Grayson, Green, Hardin, Larue, Marion, Meade, Nelson, Washington, and Taylor.




Job Duties:
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Identify and recruit eligible participants in a minimum of at least four counties within the EOC target area. • Develop relationships with community partners and participants in their respective counties of service, which will require frequent travel throughout the target area. • Assist and guide participants through the college admissions and financial aid application process. • Support that will lead to participant enrollment in a postsecondary program of study, referrals to local GED programs for secondary school diploma completion, and workshops on a range of topics, including career development, college selection, financial aid and financial literacy, and academic skill development. • Assist participants in developing an educational plan and selecting the appropriate postsecondary courses as necessary. • Conduct educational, financial aid, and career informational workshops. • Case management, maintains database and student files, and assists in the preparation of reports while ensuring the protection and privacy of participant information in accordance with federal regulations. • Attend in-house and external TRIO training as required. • Assist the EOC Director with formative and summative evaluation, grant writing, and reporting. • Assist with outreach, recruitment, orientation, intake, assessment, and advisement activities leading to the enrollment of low-income and first-generation individuals in postsecondary education programs from their assigned area. • Other duties as assigned by the EOC Director. 




Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required in counseling, student personnel work, education, social work, or other related field. Three years of experience working with first-generation, limited-income, or disadvantaged populations. Experience in financial aid, career counseling, and college admissions procedures is preferred. Must possess a valid driver’s license and have adequate transportation. Must be willing to travel as needed to fulfil the requirements of the grant, which could include some nights, weekends, and possible overnight trips as necessary. &nbsp;

Job Duties:
Leads and oversees back-end dual credit operations across the system, including managing course information in PeopleSoft, assisting college staff with scholarship reconciliation with KHEAA, routing and resolving tickets related to dual credit, and serving as the point of contact for DualEnroll management. Collaborate with Financial Aid and the Business Office on dual credit scholarship reconciliation. Manages and maintains the systemwide transfer pathway inventory, webpage, SharePoint site content, and the transfer newsletter. Ensures information is accurate and up to date across multiple platforms and is responsible for communicating with four-year partners on updates, changes, and requests for information. Job Summary
The primary purpose of the full time Adult Education Instructor is to teach mathematics and reading, provide assessment and targeted instruction services to the Academic Foundations Department students in Christian and Todd Counties, to earn a high school equivalency diploma (GED), enroll in college, or advance in a career. Services may be provided at college campus or other external locations.




Job Duties:
1. Provide instruction for Adult Basic Education students in literacy, adult basic education, GED test preparation, English language acquisition, workforce preparation, and more. Assignment location may vary. 2. Plan, implement, document, and evaluate instructional strategies, learning practices, procedures, and tools appropriate to the needs of the adult student. 3. Leverage formal and informal assessment data to monitor and document student progress. 4. Adhere to and maintain established performance reporting procedures and information to ensure adherence to local, state, and federal policies and procedures. 5. Make referrals to community agencies or postsecondary institutions as appropriate. 6. Participate in the retention and follow-up of students. 7. Participate in required professional development activities. 8. Other duties as assigned by Director of Adult Education. 




Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree (education or content-related field), and two years related experience or equivalent. 2. Must score within NRS Level 6 on the TABE 13/14 (A) within three months of hire. Math Instructors must take and score within NRS Level 6 in Mathematics and Reading. Reading Instructors must take and score within NRS Level 6 in Reading. If an instructor teaches in more than one area, they must score within NRS Level 6 in each content area they teach. 3. Must be digitally literate and proficient in using digital tools for communication, professional learning, and instruction 4. Ability to use common productivity software and Internet tools. 5. Excellent ability to use data in planning and oversight. 6. Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills. 7. Must be comfortable providing services in jail and detention center locations. &nbsp;

Job Summary
Oversees campus safety and regulatory compliance, including risk assessments, training coordination, hazardous materials management, and implementation of workplace safety programs.




Job Duties:
<ul>
<li>Conducts safety assessments across college operations and identifies issues. </li>
<li>Communicates findings to necessary stakeholders. Participates in development of and assists with implementation of improvement plans. 
</li>
<li>Provides knowledge and guidance to college stakeholders in specialized areas such as but not limited to: biosafety, chemical, hazardous materials, BBP, and OSHA. </li>
<li>Ensures college is in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations and standards. This includes inventory, ordering and disposal management. 
</li>
<li>Under direction of supervisor, coordinates safety training for faculty and staff including managing compliance and recordkeeping of such. This extends to First Aid/CPR/BLS area as well. 
</li>
<li>Carries out workplace safety program and logistical activities working with local designated contacts and system level EHS team. </li>
<li>Makes recommendations for improvement. 
</li>
<li>Minimal purchasing, scheduling and coordination for external inspections, remediation, resources or supplies and all other duties as assigned. 
</li>
<li>Minimal Physical Requirements –Light lifting, occasional exposure to mild environment elements, minor safety hazards 
</li>
<li>Environment: Primarily office-based with frequent visits to laboratories, classrooms, and other campus facilities to conduct safety assessments. 
</li>
<li>Physical Requirements: Occasional lifting or moving of safety equipment and hazardous materials; ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed. 
</li>
<li>Exposure: May involve limited exposure to chemicals, biological materials, and other hazardous substances during inspections and compliance activities. 
</li>
<li>Schedule: Standard business hours with flexibility for emergency response or special projects; occasional training sessions outside normal hours. 
</li>
<li>Travel: Minimal, typically within campus locations. 
</li>

Minimum Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety &amp; Health, Occupational Health Science, Environmental Health &amp; Safety or related field or equivalent and 2 years relevant experience in health and safety related field. 
</li>
<li>Familiarity with federal, state, and local safety regulations and compliance requirements 
</li>
<li>Ability to design, deliver, and track safety training programs for faculty and staff 
</li>
<li>Excellent planning, coordination, and recordkeeping skills to ensure compliance and maintain accurate documentation. 
</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate across departments and influence safety culture. 
</li>
<li>Detail-oriented, self-motivated, ability to work independently and adapt seamlessly to fast-paced, dynamic environments. 
</li>
<li>Skilled in engaging and supporting students from different cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. 
</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Summary
This is a part-time faculty role in the Additive Technology area. This position will provide classroom instruction to students.




Job Duties:

<li>Teach in-person Additive Technology courses.</li>
<li>Create syllabi and set up assigned courses on the College’s learning management system following college standards.</li>
<li>Grade learner’s submissions in a timely manner and provide feedback to learners.</li>
<li>Submit course-related reports as requested by the college.</li>
<li>Maintain course standards set by the area.</li>

<li>Complete professional development trainings required of adjunct faculty.</li>

Minimum Qualifications:
• Associate degree in graphic design, CADD, or a computer related field AND 3 years of relevant work experience in art, architecture, graphic design, industrial design, CADD, animation, video-game design, or a related field.&nbsp;




Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as art, architecture, graphic design, industrial design, CADD, animation, video-game design, or a related computing field. • Experience teaching courses at the collegiate level.
