The Comeback to Complete (C2C) Coordinator will lead efforts to re-engage career and technical education students who have stopped attending KCTCS before completing their credentials, with a focus on those who have accumulated stranded credits. This position supports students by providing personalized outreach, transitional advising, and guidance while connecting them to their preferred KCTCS campus and community resources to overcome barriers and achieve credential completion. Advising is considered one component of the role, but the position is primarily a coordinator function—the C2C Coordinator provides short-term academic guidance, including reviewing records, addressing outdated or discontinued programs, and clarifying next steps, before transitioning students to campus-based advisors for ongoing support. Approves manual journal entries (up to $100,000 at start with eventual movement to&nbsp;$250,000) and advises advancement, workforce solutions and college employees on accounting and reconciliation issues. Prepares various journal entries on a regular basis and as needed to ensure accounts are accurate and complete, Manages month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing process, ensuring that all accounting processes have been completed and journal entries have been entered, Verifies that account balances roll-forward properly. Prepares month-end and year-end consolidation "Statement of Net Position" (SNP) and Statement of Revenues, Expenses and Changes in Net Position" (SRECP) Prepares detailed analysis of SNP and SRECNP fluctuations for management. Investigates significant fluctuations. Conducts college site-visits for external audit and assists with external audit, as needed. Prepare monthly sales tax return and other reports as needed. Provides training and assistance to junior members of Accounting staff, as needed and oversees the monthly General Accounting calendar, Provides timely and excellent customer support to our colleges and system office employees.




Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and four (4) years of relevant experience or equivalent. &nbsp;




Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree and six (6) years of relevant experience or equivalent.




Additional Skills Requested:

Job Summary
The Facilities Worker II position plays an essential role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming campus environment. This position is responsible for the daily cleaning, upkeep, and safety monitoring of college facilities, including classrooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas.




Job Duties:
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, classrooms, and other high-use areas daily. • Replenish restroom and custodial supplies as needed. • Gather, empty, and properly dispose of trash and recycling in designated locations. • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in both carpeted and non-carpeted areas. • Dust, clean, and sanitize furniture, fixtures, and surfaces as directed. • Clean windows (to a safe and accessible height). • Maintain cleanliness of entryways, sidewalks, and porches. • Spot-clean spills and stains promptly. • Monitor building safety and security during routine duties. • Perform seasonal or special cleaning projects as assigned. • Follow all safety protocols and procedures. • Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor. 




Minimum Qualifications:

Job Duties:
Plans and carries out instructional activities and prepares learning materials for Computerized Manufacturing and Machining (CMM) and other technical programs. Provides instruction to students using both theory and hands on lab activities. Lab activities will include but are not limited to the following: conventional and CNC machining, electrical, or manufacturing. Keeps abreast of technical changes in the field and keeps program updated to comply with current industrial standards.
