Job Summary
The Simulation Operations Specialist (SOS) plans and executes all operational and technical aspects of simulated learning activities, simulation-based education, and scenario-based training for the HealthForce Kentucky mobile simulation lab, innovation center, and educational partners. The SOS develops operational and technical proficiency with all aspects of the operation, maintenance, support, troubleshooting, implementation, hardware/software updates, and repair of all system simulation labs’ inventory, such as the human patient simulator systems, simulation task trainers, associated medical equipment, and computer/audiovisual systems. Position is grant funded and continuation is contingent upon future funding. 




Job Duties:
• Collaborate with the HealthForce Kentucky team and educational partners to support all technical aspects of the simulation before, during and after the simulation exercise/course/scenario. Including direct interaction with the participants, accommodates appropriate adjustments to the scenario, and technical responses of simulator based on planning, participant feedback, and actions. • Prepare, program, clean, and operate all human patient simulator systems, simulation task trainers, associated medical equipment and computer/audiovisual equipment before, during and after the training exercises. • Support the management and maintenance of all equipment, including simulators and computer/audiovisual, to ensure proper working order, appropriate maintenance, warranty support, and software updates. • Ensure simulations/events are fully immersive through proper planning, room orientation, environment realism, faculty orientation and support, application of medical moulage and simulated medical conditions to human patient simulators, and/or standardized patients/role players. This includes collaborating with the HealthForce Kentucky team to create curricular anatomy models. • Maintain accurate inventory and organized storage of equipment (simulators, hardware, and software) and supplies. • Transport equipment to various HealthForce Kentucky partners in Western Kentucky for simulation training purposes. • Other duties as assigned.




Minimum Qualifications:
• Associate degree in healthcare field or computer information with four (4) years of relevant work experience or equivalent is required. • A valid driver’s license is required. &nbsp;




Preferred Qualifications:
• Certified Healthcare Simulation Operations Specialist (CHSOS) is preferred. • Prior healthcare experience is preferred.

Job Summary
Somerset Community College invites applications for a Student Support Specialist II-Coordinator Ready to Work Program. The KCTCS Ready to Work (RTW) program is a partnership between the Kentucky Community and Technical College System and the KY Cabinet for Health &amp; Family Services, Department for Community Based Services. This position will identify, recruit, and support low-income/at-risk KTAP eligible students who are enrolled or interested in enrolling in postsecondary education and those who are enrolled in adult basic education working toward a GED or improving their basic skills with a goal of attending college, including work-study opportunities that do not reduce certain public benefits, advocacy and mentoring, access to daycare and transportation assistance and employment skills training. The KCTCS Ready to Work program is grant funded and funded through June 30, 2026. KCTCS will be requesting a continuation budget for the Ready to Work Contract. This position will serve students in Pulaski, McCreary, Lincoln, and Wayne Counties. Weekly travel to service areas will be required to meet with students and community partners. Travel to Laurel County and other counties will be required for job training, professional development, and meetings. Primary SCC campus/center office location will be determined once this position is filled to best meet the requirements of the SCC Ready to Work Program. SCC offers college vehicle reservations and travel reimbursement when applicable.




Job Duties:

The Applications Developer III - PeopleSoft Human Capital Management position provides ongoing technical support and maintenance of HRMS and Payroll ERP Systems. Work with functional areas to test new functionality, implement new features and enhancements, design and implement necessary customization, and provide ad-hoc technical solutions as required. Positions with the KCTCS System Office located in Versailles, KY are term-contract positions, with the expectancy of continuance based on performance. KCTCS offers a hybrid work schedule with a requirement to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per work week. Hybrid work schedules are subject to periodic review and may be modified or terminated at any time. 




Job Duties:
PeopleSoft HCM Development and maintenance. PeopleSoft HCM Reporting and Processing. PeopleSoft HRMS General Support, Ticket Resolution. Documentation.




Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and four (4) years of relevant experience or equivalent.&nbsp;




Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree and six (6) years of relevant experience or equivalent.




Additional Skills Requested:
Experience with Fluid Development Preferred. Working functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Payroll, HR, and/or Time and Labor systems.

Job Summary
Elizabethtown Community &amp; Technical College is seeking an Academic Advisor III to serve as a Dual Credit Coordinator, assisting the Director of Secondary Partnerships. The coordinator will work closely with the Hardin County School District’s high school counselors and faculty to build dual credit enrollment and to create pathways that encourage and recruit high school students to enroll at ECTC. 




Job Duties:
• Grow the Dual Credit Program in the Hardin County School District. • Serve as the main contact for an assigned group of students to guide them to achieve academic success. • Counsel students in identifying and assessing their interests, skills, and values to match appropriate fields of study and career options and refer students to proper institutional resources. • Manage student accounts by applying the dual credit and work-ready scholarships, working closely with the Business Office to ensure scholarships are applied and reconciled. • Provide admissions counseling and advising for prospective, new, and current dual credit students in the Hardin County School District. • Enter high school transcripts and enrollment verification forms into Peoplesoft and scan and index them into OnBase. • Communicate with high school counselors and students to resolve issues and obtain missing student information required for enrollment in dual credit courses • Conduct dual credit enrollment and orientation events at local schools to provide information and register new and returning dual credit students. • Develop and distribute necessary training materials, handbooks, and brochures for high school administrators, faculty, and students regarding the use of PeopleSoft and other university technologies. • Work cooperatively with the Registrar and fellow Admissions staff to ensure that special registration assistance is provided for dual credit students, including visits to area high schools promptly to collect admission and registration materials to meet specified registration deadlines. • Foster relationships with local high schools in our service region and initiate formal agreements. • Contribute to the achievement of the College’s recruitment and retention goals by providing information to the high school students, parents, teachers, administrators, and district officials by representing the College at events for the high school market and encouraging dual credit students to consider attending ECTC upon graduation. • Serve as a recruitment point of contact for the high schools within the Hardin County School District and facilitate recruitment visits, attend college fairs, set up campus tours, and work with counselors at the high schools in the Hardin County School District. • Assist the Recruitment Team with college visit days, campus tours, and group presentations. Assist other Dual Credit team members with enrollment events. • Assists in achieving the college’s outreach goals by working cooperatively with staff from various campus and off-campus organizational units, especially area schools and school districts. • Other duties as assigned. 




Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (Education with a focus on Counseling or Student Affairs, or related field), and 1 year of experience, or equivalent.&nbsp;
