Job Summary
The Advancement Data and Finance Specialist (Advancement Data &amp; Finance Specialist) position will execute administrative, systematic, and research support for all areas of Advancement and manage the day-to-day gift entry of information into the Raiser's Edge database, as well as process requests for information out of the database. Will provide financial support and assist with various projects as needed. While maintaining the overall integrity of the data, the Data and Finance Specialist will proactively collaborate with teams to effectively assist with cultivation and stewardship plans to reach fundraising goals. Positions with the KCTCS System Office located in Versailles, KY are term-contract positions, with the expectancy of continuance based on performance. KCTCS offers a hybrid work schedule with a requirement to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per work week. Hybrid work schedules are subject to periodic review and may be modified or terminated at any time.




Job Duties:
Managing donor gift and pledge entry procedure from the initial data entry to final receipt for KCTCS Foundation and gifts made to KCTCS. Perform interim gift entry services for colleges. Working closely with Finance and relevant college departments for reconciliations and gift/pledge processes as well as various regular reports and data cleanup and management. Perform administrative duties such as gift adjustments and payroll deduction reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of system-wide gift records. Providing both regular and ad-hoc reports as needed by KCTCS System Office and Colleges. Assist with training end users on Advancement software and gift entry processes. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor . 




Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Library Science, Finance and four (4) years of relevant experience or equivalent.&nbsp;




Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Library Science, Finance and three (3) years of relevant experience or equivalent.




Additional Skills Requested:
The person in this position should have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. The position also requires in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Access. Knowledge of fund raising principals and databases is a plus. Certifications or training in any formal fund raising program (e.g., IUPUI Center on Philanthropy, CASE, AFP), or Blackbaud certification in Raiser's Edge including fundamental level and the professional level certificates will be beneficial.

Job Summary
Provides instructions to students in both theory and practice for Nursing Program on the Maysville Campus. Minimum Qualifications:

The IT Support Specialist II (Workforce Operations Specialist) position serves the primary responsibility for tech support and troubleshooting for the non-credit registration software (Campus CE) and customer relationship management software (Salesforce) assisting in maintaining the Workforce Solutions website, preparing reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for Workforce Solutions accountability measures, serving as back-up for all financial processing for Workforce Solutions including TRAINS, and providing large project support. Job Duties:
Functional lead for the CampusCE to support the colleges daily with any issues related to the software. Provides technical troubleshooting and customer-focused response for issues related to workforce enrollments and data management. Work directly with college staff to identify solutions and resolve issues on the back end of the technical platform. Collaborates with cross-functional staff to address college needs. Supports financial procedures and processes which include general ledger review/ monitoring journals, and invoice write-off, and more. Completes payment posting for TRAINS payment including manual posting of journals. Provides back-up support for other business operations within workforce and economic development. Prepare and monitor Workforce Solutions accountability reports, work with colleges to correct data entry problems, and assist colleges in resolving any issues and/or discrepancies in accountability measures. Support on large projects, initiatives, etc. per the supervisor's request. Testing new features and products, assisting with data collection and analysis, Support with Automation building and testing. New-user Set-up, Training, and Access to necessary sites. Job Summary
The Financial System Specialist II (Advancement Specialist) position performs a wide range of financial, technical, and administrative duties in support of system-wide fundraising efforts and the KCTCS Foundation. This position works closely with the Advancement, Financial Aid, and Marketing teams to facilitate scholarships awards and support the success of external communications and fundraising efforts. Assists colleges with online giving and special event management and implements stewardship plans. Positions with the KCTCS System Office located in Versailles, KY are term-contract positions, with the expectancy of continuance based on performance. KCTCS offers a hybrid work schedule with a requirement to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per work week. Hybrid work schedules are subject to periodic review and may be modified or terminated at any time. 




Job Duties:
Support college and KCTCS Foundation fundraising efforts with a focus on donor stewardship. Maintain tracking system for grant/donor reports, compile reports, and submit in a timely manner. Coordinate system-wide scholarship opportunities, manage the application process, work with Financial Aid to ensure awards are made, and communicate impact to donors. Support implementation of stewardship and communications plans. Coordinate communications for system­wide appeals. Assist colleges with leveraging software platforms for online giving and event management. Crosstrain with other Advancement staff to perform gift processing duties as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Additional Skills Requested:
The person in this position should have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. The position also requires in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office Suite programs. Knowledge of fundraising principals and databases is a plus. Certifications or training in any formal fund raising program (e.g., IUPUI Center on Philanthropy, CASE, AFP), or Blackbaud certification in Raiser's Edge including fundamental level and the professional level certificates will be beneficial.
