Proliance Orthopaedics &amp; Sports Medicine is a premier group of orthopaedic surgeons with locations in Bellevue, Issaquah, and Redmond that specialize in the diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of general orthopaedic conditions and sports injuries, in addition to conditions requiring more specialty-focused care.&nbsp;Position SummaryThe Patient Services Representative (PSR) represent the face of Proliance Surgeons and the first impression for our patients and their loved ones.&nbsp; The PSR acts as a liaison associate for patient appointments, accommodation, and access to the physician.&nbsp; This includes booking appointments including follow-ups, greeting patients, using appropriate medical terminology while verifying eligibility, processing necessary information to support that activity, and triaging with physicians and medical assistants on acute scheduling problems. Schedule: Friday - Monday 7:00am-5:30pm but can be flexible on start/end time for 10 hours shift.
