POSITION PURPOSE:&nbsp;The full-time Carpentry Instructor assists the Program Director in the development of programmatic initiatives and curriculum. ResponsibilitiesThis position is the first level of authority in the workplace by providing leadership, coaching, and clear direction to ensure that the hourly workforce is working safely, meeting customer demands, solving problems, eliminating waste, and meeting goals.
