Job Summary

Ambulatory Services Administration is seeking a detail-oriented, self-sufficient and responsible individual to provide administrative and clerical support with a strong emphasis on accounts payable and calendar/meeting management.

This position will be accountable to the Ambulatory Leadership Team and able to work in a matrix environment.

Duties will include but are not limited to: calendar/meeting management, scheduling meetings, processing travel reimbursements and itinerary, cross-coverage for receptionist duties and other relevant business support functions such as creating pivot charts or PowerPoint presentations.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Microsoft Office Suite, include Excel, Word, Adobe, Outlook, Access etc. Also need highstandard initiatives, confidentiality and responsibility.

Preferred Education/Experience

Associate’s degree plus four or more years related administrative experience preferred.
