Physical Requirements
This position may require lifting, pushing, or puling objects up to 50 lbs. and sitting for moderate periods of time.
Shift
Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. Some evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.
Job Summary
This position provides critically needed senior level administrative support to the Vice Chair for Administrative Affairs and clinical provider management.
Responsibilities will include assistance with scheduling, correspondence, manuscript preparation, poster creation, and file maintenance. The successful applicant will have a high level of technical aptitude, independent decision making, discretion, and creativity involving matters of significance. The successful candidate will have advanced technical aptitude and experience with database creation and management.
There is opportunity for hybrid work following training/probation.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Microsoft Office Suite, office/clerical experience, technology experience.

Preferred Education/Experience
Associate’s degree plus three or more years of related experience is preferred. Proficiency with technology is essential.
