Job Summary
The Markey Cancer Center is seeking a Administrative Staff Officer II to join the business office team.
This position is primarily responsible for supporting the recruitment and retention of staff, serving as the subject matter expert within the department for human resources–related matters, leading the faculty and staff development programs, and coordinating the recognition and retention program. The role also provides backup support for payroll, IES, visas, and employee benefits inquiries across all Markey divisions. In addition, the Administrative Staff Officer II manages all of Markey’s HR team.
This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement that is 3 days on site and 2 days remote.
