Job Summary
The UK Alumni Association is seeking a qualified individual for their Administrative Support Associate I position. This position is responsible for greeting visitors to the King Alumni House, answering the main association telephone line, receiving and responding to inquiries from association members and all alumni, processing Life Member payments, creating and updating alumni records to ensure accuracy, reporting data on member acquisition and retention, providing outstanding customer service, providing staff support for various programs and activities, and staffing events when called on.
