Fidelity’s Testing and Reporting Services (TRS) provides comprehensive year-end support for retirement plans, including:

• Plan Year-End Summary Reporting
• Annual Nondiscrimination Compliance Testing
• Form 5500 Preparation
• Audit Support for Year-End Plan Audits

The TRS team is currently seeking an Agility Associate with experience in defined contribution plans. This role plays a key part in guiding Plan Sponsors through the Nondiscrimination Testing (NDT) process, which includes completing the NDT questionnaire, uploading required data, and resolving data validation issues.
Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (flexible 8 hour shifts available)
• Limited overtime required during peak season

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in Nondiscrimination Testing, including complex plan scenarios
• Highly adaptable and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to manage interruptions and maintain focus
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Quick learner with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident and articulate communicator with a professional presence

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• 0–5% Inbound calls
• 0–5% Outbound calls
• 90% Processing tasks and email correspondence

Training

• 3-4 weeks of structured onsite training & guided processing walkthrough
