Job Summary
The Career Center Director Assistant supports the delivery of comprehensive career development services for undergraduate and graduate students through career advising, educational programming, outreach, and employer engagement initiatives. This position provides individualized career coaching, assists students with career exploration and job search strategies, and develops career-related workshops and resources to promote student success. The role collaborates with faculty, employers, and campus partners to enhance career development opportunities, supports campus outreach and recruitment efforts, analyzes labor market trends to inform advising practices, and contributes to the overall mission and operations of the Stuckert Career Center through teamwork, assessment, and special projects.
Student Success will, from the time of early college outreach to graduation and beyond, support students in living a life of meaning and purpose. From a student-centered framework, our practice will be grounded in peer-reviewed literature, national best practices, and data-informed decision making. Collaborating with the campus and community, Student Success will work through a holistic lens to support a community of learners in achieving success.
