  • Coordinate selected undergraduate and graduate academic processes, including course and curriculum actions, graduate teaching assistant records and assignments, training requirements, GSAS contracts, and program documentation.
  • Support student recruitment, engagement, transfer initiatives, academic communications, website and promotional content, and enrollment and program reporting.
  • Provide administrative support to departmental leadership, coordinate sensitive and confidential matters, and supervise the day-to-day work of an assigned hourly student employee.

  • Strong working knowledge of purchasing, ProCard administration, vendor management, travel coordination, Concur, event planning, transaction documentation, and office administration.
  • Ability to interpret funding restrictions, maintain accurate scholarship and student-support records, analyze financial information, and develop useful reports.
  • Experience supporting academic administration, graduate affairs, curriculum processes, student recruitment, and program records.
  • Strong analytical judgment, organization, problem-solving, communication, customer service, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with principal investigators, departmental leadership, College and University offices, students, vendors, sponsors, and other internal and external partners.
