Job Summary

The University of Kentucky College of Fine Arts is seeking a College Financial Analyst to support the college’s financial operations through oversight of disbursement processing, ProCard administration, compliance monitoring, and financial reporting. This position serves as a key resource for faculty and staff, ensuring financial transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with University policies and procedures.

The College Financial Analyst plays an important role in maintaining strong internal controls, supporting financial stewardship, and promoting operational excellence across the college. The position partners closely with college leadership, faculty, and staff to provide guidance on financial processes, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and monitor ProCard processing activities and ensure compliance with University and college policies
• Serve as a subject matter expert for payment requests, requisitions, reimbursements, and disbursement transactions
• Review financial transactions for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with business procedures
• Reconcile financial records, research discrepancies, and assist with resolving financial issues
• Provide guidance to faculty and staff on financial policies, procedures, and best practices
• Support strong internal controls and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery
• Maintain financial records and documentation in accordance with applicable regulations and University requirements
