• Assist with the Community Impact Measurement Survey and other neighborhood assessment activities to identify community needs, prioritize investments, and measure neighborhood impact over time.
• Identify and coordinate community improvement projects in partnership with residents, neighborhood organizations, local governments, and community stakeholders.
• Coordinate the implementation of Community Development programs and initiatives from planning through completion.
Research and monitor community development initiatives, funding opportunities, and resources throughout Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties that align with Pensacola Habitat for Humanity's mission.
Represent Pensacola Habitat for Humanity at community meetings, outreach events, resource fairs and neighborhood engagement activities as assigned.

Downtown Pensacola features historic architecture, local restaurants, art galleries, and community events throughout the year. Residents and visitors enjoy outdoor activities year-round thanks to the mild climate, including hiking, biking, kayaking, and exploring nearby state parks and nature preserves. Pensacola offers a mix of coastal lifestyle, strong community engagement, and growing economic development, making it an inviting place to live and serve.
