The Director, Digital Portfolio Management is a critical GREWE leadership position responsible for translating digital workplace strategy into executable technology initiatives and successful business outcomes. This role leads execution of GREWE’s digital workplace technology portfolio while maintaining and evolving the organization’s Digital Transformation Operating Model. The Director establishes governance, portfolio management processes, delivery frameworks, investment planning, resource alignment, organizational readiness, and cross-functional coordination required to evaluate, prioritize, fund, onboard, implement, operationalize, and continuously improve enterprise workplace technologies.
Digital Portfolio Leadership and Governance Responsibilities
This position is accountable for leading portfolio governance, investment planning, delivery coordination, operating model stewardship, and organizational readiness across GREWE’s digital workplace technology portfolio. A summary of key responsibilities include:
- Lead execution of GREWE’s digital workplace technology portfolio from strategic planning through implementation, operational readiness, adoption, and ongoing lifecycle management.
- Establish and maintain portfolio governance frameworks, integrated delivery plans, milestone tracking, dependency management, executive reporting, portfolio dashboards, and risk governance.
- Partner with the Global Digital Workplace Experience Strategy Manager to translate strategic priorities into executable implementation plans, governance structures, and delivery roadmaps.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across GREWE, Enterprise Technology, Global Supply Management, Digital Workplace, Capabilities, Finance, Legal, and external technology partners.
- Maintain and continuously evolve GREWE’s Digital Transformation Operating Model to strengthen governance, delivery methodologies, stakeholder engagement, investment planning, and operational effectiveness.
Included in these responsibilities are the enabling elements of a scalable, sustainable digital transformation lifecycle—from strategy and discovery through product evaluation, implementation, launch, adoption, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement. This role ensures workplace technology investments are strategically prioritized, appropriately funded, effectively resourced, and successfully delivered.
Executive Engagements
Has direct and frequent executive engagement with GREWE leadership, Enterprise Technology, Global Supply Management, Finance, Legal, Digital Workplace, Capabilities, external technology providers, and other enterprise stakeholders. The role is expected to facilitate executive alignment, portfolio reviews, investment governance, roadmap prioritization, and leadership communications supporting GREWE’s digital transformation agenda.
Responsibilities
Portfolio Governance & Delivery
- Lead execution of GREWE’s digital workplace technology portfolio from strategic planning through implementation, operational readiness, adoption, and ongoing lifecycle management.
- Establish portfolio governance frameworks, delivery plans, milestone tracking, dependency management, executive reporting, portfolio dashboards, and risk governance to ensure initiatives progress with clarity and accountability.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across GREWE, Enterprise Technology, Global Supply Management, Digital Workplace, Capabilities, Finance, Legal, and external technology partners while proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.
Portfolio Planning & Investment Governance
- Partner with the Global Digital Workplace Experience Strategy Manager to maintain an integrated workplace technology portfolio aligned with GREWE strategic priorities and translate strategic roadmaps into executable portfolio plans.
- Coordinate annual planning, investment prioritization, funding approvals, resource allocation, and quarterly portfolio reviews with Finance, Enterprise Technology, and GREWE leadership.
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend roadmap adjustments as business priorities, funding, implementation sequencing, or resource availability evolve.
Product Evaluation, Implementation & Operating Model Evolution
- Coordinate product evaluations, vendor demonstrations, stakeholder workshops, scorecards, business cases, and executive recommendations supporting technology investment decisions.
- Lead business coordination supporting implementation planning, deployment readiness, testing, user acceptance, operational transition, training coordination, adoption, and operational handoff.
- Continuously evolve GREWE’s Digital Transformation Operating Model by developing repeatable frameworks, templates, standards, playbooks, and governance processes that improve portfolio execution and organizational consistency.
Other Duties
- Position will present often to GREWE leadership and executive steering committees on portfolio health, investment recommendations, delivery risks, and roadmap priorities.
- Serves as the primary business relationship owner for GREWE’s strategic workplace technology portfolio and external solution providers.
- Builds trusted partnerships across GREWE, Enterprise Technology, Digital Workplace, Global Supply Management, Capabilities, Finance, Legal, and external implementation partners.
- Must establish clear ownership, accountability, governance, and communication across all stakeholders supporting the digital portfolio.
Qualifications
Required Minimum Education:
- University/Bachelor’s Degree
Required Years of Related Experience:
- 10+ years’ progressive experience leading enterprise digital transformation, portfolio management, technology strategy execution, or complex cross-functional initiatives
- 5+ years of people leadership experience is required
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise SaaS portfolios from evaluation and investment planning through implementation, adoption, and ongoing lifecycle management
- Experience establishing portfolio governance, investment planning, annual planning processes, funding models, and executive decision-making frameworks
- Experience managing enterprise technology evaluations, vendor selection, business cases, product onboarding, and operational governance
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving business stakeholders, technology organizations, and third-party vendors
- Exceptional executive communication, facilitation, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational alignment without direct authority
- Strong analytical, organizational, financial planning, and strategic problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint
- The travel associated with this role will be less than 10% and this includes both domestic and international travel.

The below represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
Salary range
- $123,000 - $215,250 per year
