Ability to walk throughout clinic and medical facility locations. Ability to occasionally transport materials or assist with escorting patients between locations.

Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Greet patients, families, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist with patient check-in and navigation within the clinic and affiliated clinical locations.
• Help transport or escort patients between clinic locations as needed.
• Answer basic questions and direct patients to appropriate personnel or service areas.
• Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and organizing clinic paperwork.
• Enter, update, and maintain data in departmental databases and spreadsheets.
• Support appointment preparation and administrative tasks under staff supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and departmental information in accordance with university and HIPAA requirements.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow instructions, and work independently.
