Ability to sit for extended periods of time, minor lifting (shelving books), occasional shifting projects (lifting, moving books and library carts).
Shift
Weekdays between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Job Summary
Perform basic public service duties (provide answers to directional questions, answer the phone, etc.), check in/out materials, shelve books, shelf read, assist members of the university community find needed information, and assist in special projects.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Familiarity with library catalogues and processes a bonus.
