Job Summary

The School of Music Opera Theatre department is looking for an individual to assist the production manager with a variety of production and administrative duties:

  • Scan and digitize archival documents
  • Distribute production marketing materials
  • Assist with loading and unloading van for events and productions
  • Assist with gear transport, setup and breakdown for events
  • Accompany on trips to warehouse and surplus
  • Organize office and storage spaces
  • Support social media efforts and strategy
  • Weekly kitchen cleaning
  • Seasonal building decorating
  • Other duties as assigned
