Position Summary
Leads the generation of consumer and market insights that inform business strategy, innovation, and growth. Embraces data, analytics, and AI-powered solutions to uncover opportunities and deliver actionable recommendations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support internal stakeholders make high-impact decisions by assessing and prioritizing business research needs
- Manage Category/ Brand tracking studies and any ad-hoc requests / quick-turn projects
- Responsible for the delivery of customized reporting and analysis of category or brand information
- Play a key role in partnering with teams cross functionally and providing insights for overall annual brand-marketing plans
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of spirits category/consumer insights and best practices to create solutions to satisfy brand strategies and business objectives
- Analyze data from holistic reports to create consumer scorecards or executive summary with actionable insights for stakeholders
- Manage relationships and projects with external research partners or vendors
- Monitor competitive market data and be the consumer trend expert by circulating syndicated/ industry reports
- Deliver all research assets on time and on budget with tremendous attention to deadlines and methodologies

Knowledge and Experience
- Food and beverage experience or fast-paced agency experience
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus
- Experienced in media planning tactics
- Detail oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills.
- Programming skills (ability to hack together solutions)
- Ability to effectively communicate with senior management, supervisors, and peers, internally and externally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic understanding of traditional, digital, and social-specific media planning & buying, along with the proper metrics of success and measurement opportunities
- Demonstrates an openness to adopting AI-powered tools and emerging technologies, with a curiosity-driven mindset focused on enhancing efficiency, innovation, and business impact.
This position is compensated at an hourly rate of $55.00–$$65.00, with full‑time hours (40 hours per week). The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience and skill set against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
