Job Summary

Coordinate and Expand Transportation Training Programs Across Kentucky

The University of Kentucky is seeking a KTC Technology Transfer Coordinator II to join the Kentucky Transportation Center.

This position supports the day-to-day delivery of transportation workshops, conferences, and training programs in both online and in-person environments. The role coordinates course logistics, financial and administrative processes, program development activities, and outreach efforts that help meet the evolving training needs of transportation professionals across the state.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate course preparation and closeout activities, including training materials, participant records, transcripts, testing processes, and database management.
• Support instructors and presenters by managing training logistics, facilitating workshops, and resolving technical issues in classroom and virtual learning environments.
• Deliver and oversee Zoom- and Canvas-based training programs and assist with the development and review of online learning content.
• Assist with training program planning, scheduling, venue selection, contract coordination, enrollment management, and course expansion efforts.
• Monitor course budgets, invoices, financial statements, and related fiscal activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify training opportunities, support grant development efforts, and conduct proposal research.
• Assist with marketing strategies, website content management, and outreach initiatives designed to increase program engagement.

Minimum Requirements

• Associate’s degree
• 4 years of related experience
