  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that identify whitespace, prioritize opportunities and create a roadmap for sustainable growth.
  • Build multi-tiered relationships, including senior executives and C-suite decision makers, and proactively address gaps in relationship coverage.
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline and proactively originate, advance and implement new opportunities with a focus on speed to execution and measurable results.
  • Lead complex renewals, expansions and commercial negotiations, balancing customer value with sustainable economics.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams across GCS, GMNS, B2B Enablement, Analytics, Pricing, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Product to deliver differentiated client solutions.
  • Navigate complex client environments with an owner's mindset, adapting strategy, overcoming barriers and mobilizing resources to deliver results.
  • Maintain the highest standards of compliance, governance and risk management.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic relationship management, enterprise sales, business development, management consulting, or another client-facing commercial/advisory role.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish credibility and build relationships with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders within complex organizations.
  • Strong consultative problem-solving skills with the ability to uncover underlying business needs and translate insights into commercial opportunities.
  • Proven track record of identifying, developing and closing meaningful growth opportunities.
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen, including the ability to connect solutions to quantifiable business outcomes and ROI.
  • Excellent executive communication, storytelling, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, intellectual curiosity, adaptability and bias toward action.
