
Senior Analyst- Digital Marketing
Job Description
The Senior Analyst of Digital Card Confirmation Marketing will report to the Senior Manager of Card Confirmation Marketing to support advancing card confirmation and early-tenure engagement across web and mobile channels. This role supports creating a connected, customer experience by guiding Card Members through the key steps needed to begin using their Card through accelerating first transaction and digital adoption via embedded marketing treatments. Success in this role requires a highly organized and critical thinking marketer who can connect operational execution to customer impact, work across multiple teams, and identify opportunities to shape the future of confirmation growth.
Responsibilities
- Own and advance web and mobile confirmation performance, with a focus on driving card confirmation completion, treatment conversion, and measurable contribution to channel growth.
- Connect operational observations to customer impact by proactively identifying journey friction points, confirmation barriers, and optimization opportunities across web and mobile experiences to shape future channel strategy.
- Deepen funnel visibility and measurement capabilities through partnerships with multiple Analytics teams, identifying gaps in current reporting and recommending new views, diagnostics, or tools that improve the team’s ability to understand performance drivers.
- Lead operations to ensure launch readiness that is delivered accurately, autonomously and on time.
- Independently manage recurring reporting, forecasting R&O inputs, and develop succinct commentary that translates performance trends into clear business implications and recommendations.
- Serve as a strong cross-functional partner across multiple teams to align requirements, communicate dependencies, escalate risks early, and drive issue resolution to completion.
Qualifications
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once, operate autonomously, and prioritize effectively.
- Highly collaborative and comfortable in a cross-functional environment with many stakeholders to align on requirements and troubleshooting problems.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to navigate different reporting systems to pull data, interpret data, and translate into cohesive insights.
- Strong strategic and critical thinking skills, with the ability to connect data, customer behavior, operational execution, and business outcomes into a clear point of view.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence, particularly in campaign execution, source code management, personalization setup, approval processes, and reporting quality.

- Knowledge of marketing execution processes at American Express
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint skills

The below represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
Salary range
- $78,000 - $124,750 per year
